White wine made with the local variety of Rioja Tempranillo Blanca.
Winemaking:
100% organic production. Own vineyards, certificate of organic production comprising both growing and vinification procedures.
White wine made with the autochton variety from Rioja Tempranillo Blanco, aged in a 600L oak barrel and matured minimum two years.
Tasting notes:
Visual: Intense straw yellow colour, clean and brilliant.
A fresh wine, with a great persistence, a very fresh acidity, fat and fleshy. Full-bodied, salty, underpinned by a lingering finish.
The ageing under the sea contributes one fresh ageing, avoiding the oxidation and obtaining an unique wine to lay down, long potential of ageing.
Pairing: Best paired with creamy, blue and semi-cured cheeses, white meats and, especially indicated with seafood paella. Can be enjoyed alone or with good company.
